At Decasa Living, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. We strive to process orders quickly, so it's important to request a cancellation as soon as possible. Here's our policy:
Cancellation Window

Standard Orders: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Due to the personalized nature of these items, cancellations may only be possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, production may have already begun, and cancellation may not be feasible.

Cancellation Charges

No Charges: If you cancel your order within the specified time frame (see "Cancellation Window" above), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Possible Charges: For cancellations requested after the cancellation window, we will assess the status of your order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it, but a 10% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing and restocking costs. If the item has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return policy.
Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items, such as final sale items, may not be eligible for cancellation. This will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Refunds

If your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
